Double Chocolate Protein Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbs of pure maple syrup
- 1 tbs of vanilla
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 2 tbs of coconut flour
- 2 tbs of cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 cup of 3Fu3l chocolate protein powder
- 3 tbs of miniature chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, add chocolate chips last and combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon batter onto pan.
Bake 12-15 mins until center is firm.
