Becky Conzelman

ATHLETE-BCONZ-SECOND

”I RECOMMEND 3FU3L TO ALL THE ATHLETES I COACH AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE FOR A SECOND TO GIVE IT TO MY CHILDREN.”

Becky raced as a professional cyclist on the road from ’99-’02, exposing her sprint bias by taking second in the ’02 Elite National Criterium Championship. She then shifted her focus to the track where she competed for the US National Team from ’02-’05, including two World Championships, three World Cups and three National Championship victories. Her second World Championship in ’05 took place at a brand new velodrome on the grounds of what is now known as the StubHub Center, Carson, CA, where she would compete six years later in a completely different capacity at the Crossfit Games.

In ’09, after the birth of two children and a four-year hiatus from training, Becky was introduced to CrossFit. She was instantly drawn to the sport and competed as an individual in the ’11 and ’12 CrossFit Games (StubHub Center), placing 24th and 14th. In ’13, Becky achieved second fittest in the 40-44 age category.

Becky is honored to be a 3FU3L ambassador. As a life-long professional athlete with extensive experience with a range of ineffective, alternative recovery supplement options, she and a training partner began to research fuel sources in ’13 in hopes of developing their own, when they stumbled upon 3FU3L and haven’t looked back.

“I cut out all protein supplements from my diet,” explains Becky, “as I knew virtually everything else out there was actually poisoning my body and sabotaging muscle gain. 3FU3L leverages all three vital macronutrients in the form of a high quality whey hydrolysate, organic MCT’s, and a GF carbohydrate source. I definitely notice a difference for sustained power, strength and endurance, and I can sleep better at night knowing that I am actually helping my body, and not hindering it with side effects. I recommend 3FU3L to all the athletes I coach and I would not hesitate for a second to give it to my children.”
