Jamie Hagiya

Jamie Hagiya is a competitive CrossFit athlete and co-owner and coach at Torrance CrossFit, in Torrance, California.  As a former collegiate and professional basketball player at the University of Southern California, she helped lead her team to two NCAA appearances and finished her career 4th all-time in assists and 2nd all-time in 3-point field goals made. After graduating from USC in 2007 with a degree in Communications, she played professionally in Greece and Spain.

While preparing for a WNBA tryout in 2011, Jamie was introduced to CrossFit.  Since then, she has won several local competitions and placed 5th at the 2013 at the Southern California Regionals for the CrossFit Games. She placed 5th again the following year in 2014 at the very competitive California Super Regionals. Jamie is also on the GRID League’s Phoenix RISE team, however in June of 2014 she tore her achilles. She still made it to Regionals in 2015 and has qualified in 2016, placing 5th in Southern California in the Open.

Jamie has a passion for competing but also helping and coaching others which she does daily at her gym, as well as with kids for basketball through her own camps, clinics, and personal training through Hagiya Basketball.

Besides 3FU3L being one of the best tasting proteins (I seriously can’t wait to workout just so I can take it), it’s also the highest quality you’ll find on the market that covers all 3 macros!! It was made by athletes for athletes, so they understand how important fueling and recovery is for your body both in training and game days. I started taking 3FU3L during the CrossFit Open and it made a huge difference in my recovery. Especially now, training for Regionals when my volume and intensity has been bumped up, I need it more than ever and am so grateful for this opportunity to represent such a stand up company. If you haven’t tried 3FU3L… You need to NOW! 🙂
