“I’d have to say that 3FU3L has definitely helped me in my journey back to the CrossFit Games. In my attempt to make it back to the Games in 2014, the 2014 regionals would teach me a hard/valuable lesson. That lesson would be that recovery is just as important as intensity is during training. After missing out on the 2014 Games by one point at regionals, I had to re evaluate my training and nutrition because I felt I had no intensity to give in my final two days of competition. I figured out the hard way that when I felt healthy/recovered enough, I could go harder in my workouts. At the beginning of 2015, I began supplementing with 3FU3L and since then I have felt recovered before I train which allows me to give 100% intensity during workouts. I enjoy 3FU3L because I can take it at any time (pre/during/post) and truly know that my body is fueled. 3FU3L played a big part in sending me back to the Games. After 2 days of competition in the south region and sitting in first place overall, my body felt recovered/energized/fueled and ready finish the weekend on top of the podium.”
