I wrote a little piece on how short hard intervals are still highly aerobic on my BLOG

Just to add “Fuel” to this fire (pun intended), if we are aerobic on short and hard this shades a little more light on our own 3Fu3l. With a product developed that not only allows for fat burning to be accelerated, allows for glucose return, but actually allows us to start recovering before the workout ends, this is a no brainer on why we created it. The weird thing is, we found all this out without ever having to rely on these and other studies. Weird?
