AJ Roberts and 3FU3L

That handsome guy in the photo is none other than AJ Roberts (of Westside Barbell fame), who we’ve been friends with for the past few years (yes, before we started 3FU3L). As you can see, he not only loves his 3FU3L, but he loves doing individual hand high-pulls with his bags. This picture was taken not long after he announced his departure from powerlifting, started CrossFitting, and set his sites on The CrossFit Games. We can’t tell you much about his strategy there, other than he likes to mix his 3FU3L with a banana.
