This past April, I had my first baby. I was crossfitting* during my entire pregnancy, and even then 3FU3L was a lifesaver. I used 3FU3L prior to workouts and would put a scoop in my morning breakfast shake. I love that it has all three macro nutrients, so you’re never missing out. It’s the perfect pre- and post-workout supplement.

Since I’ve had my baby I’ve noticed that my milk supply is harder to keep up with during intense training. I’m very committed to nursing for an entire year so I’ve started to drink lactation smoothies in the afternoons to boost my caloric intake. I add a scoop of 3FU3L to some frozen berries, spinach, avocado, oats, and flaxseed. Not only does it make my smoothie taste better and creamier but I get a little extra protein and other good sources of fat and carbs without any sugar added.

I drink 3CARB before I go to bed to help preserve my amino acids and glycogen stores in my muscles while my body is fasting. I honestly think this has helped me bounce back with training so quickly. 3FU3L fits my new crazy lifestyle of being a new mom who is nursing, working, and training. I get all three macro nutrients at once and I know they’re from quality sources, so there’s no hassle to consume multiple supplements or have cooked food to supplement my pre/post workout supplement.

Moms don’t need one more thing to do, that’s for sure! It’s hard enough to take care of our families much less ourselves.
