1476-511X-11-67-1Unfortunately, Obesity and type 2 diabetes  have both become more common worldwide, and especially in the United States. and recently, related diseases have been considered epidemic. Obviously, both can be prevented through exercise and proper diet, and supplementing with whey protein  has become a popular strategy for preventing these issues. A recent study tells us that this is due to whey protein having a positive effect on glucose metabolism in healthy, overweight, obese, and insulin-resistant subjects.  It also influences a number of gut hormones related to the reduction of food intake and satiety, while also producing reductions of expression of both inflammatory and oxidative stress markers, and reducing blood pressure.

3fu3l did what it was supposed to do. I personally feel that fuel s best application in multisoprt would be for Ironman distance events as then you are not going as hard but for much longer I will not hesitate to keep using 3Fu3l for my long duration events I believe in the product both conceptually and in practice.
