Whitney Darchuk qualifies for National Weightlifting Championships!

Whitney Darchuk attended her first Olympic Lifting Competition – with amazing results. She finished first in her weight class while breaking the provincial record in both the clean and jerk as well as the snatch (obviously she broke the total record with those two lifts). And now she’s qualified for nationals!

Needless to say, we’re expecting big things from Whitney throughout the Crossfit Open…
